Topic: Letting the team go: How, When and Why?
About the topic: The ultimate goal of any Scrum Master or Agile Coach when working with teams is to bring them to a high level of maturity and self-organization. But what exactly does that vague term mean? How can we bring the team to this state? When should you not to let the team go? In my talk, I will try to answer these questions and share the lessons learned working with over ten cross-functional teams in three countries throughout the last five years.
About the speaker: Denis Salnikov is a PSM I/II certified Scrum Master with over five years of hands-on experience in coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams applying Scrum and Kanban. Denis has taken an active part in several agile transformations, working with both development teams and management, helping to establish and foster an agile mindset, self-organization and product ownership. Denis also helped to kick-off LeSS (Large Scaled Scrum) applications at two Fintech start-ups in Cyprus and Germany.
