Topic: Introducing Agile, Challenges, expectations and blockers. Why Management did not get it?

About the topic: In Lyubomir’s talk he will cover topics in introducing agile in companies just starting their journeys with agile. He will talk about the challenges in those journeys, expectations from every member of the organisation, shifting the mindset in the “right direction”, be open and transparent in adopting agile. It will give you a depth overview of the many steps involved in moving from adopting agile to “Being agile”. He will review the the leadership styles and how they can improve/block the progress. Also Lyubomir will facilitate few activities, which will demonstrate what you learned and having fun.

About the speaker: Over the years, Lyubomir has deepened my knowledge and experience to become Scrum Master “Jedi”, Agile Consultant and trainer with professional competencies in Scrum process and Agile Methodologies. His experiences has allowed me to take part in various projects around the world, designed to enhance digital transformations while providing training and professional development opportunities in Agile methodologies and Scrum process.
The roles required him to analyse current business processes and systems in order to build robust teams to maximise efficiency and communication through collaboration and teamwork. Through organised coaching sessions, presentations, demonstrations and workshops with teams and leadership alike (up to VP level), Lyubomir has been able to effectively communicate business objectives and design operational and team planning initiatives while maintaining compliance with risk management procedures and business standards. Through proven leadership, his efforts has allowed him to build, motivate, and enhance diverse teams based on trust and accountability.
During his last year engagement Lyubomir was also part of Voxxed Days Singapore 2018 as a helping hand in organisation, attending workshops, dealing with speakers etc.
