Workshop: Product thinking with Innovation games

About the workshop: This workshop aims at defining product and project thinking. It aims also on teaching participants techniques for facilitating product thinking that they can use on their current initiatives.
Workshop is very interactive and focuses on practicalities of working with products. Tools presented are based on Innovation Games activities for fostering product vision.

About the speaker: Maciek Sowinski works with agile methods since 2010 and as trainer since 2014.
He has been working with Agile transformation initiatives in Poland, Germany, Denmark and England.
He loves to focus his mentoring efforts on Scrum Masters and Product Owners as both this role play critical role in facilitating organizational agility.
He’s Is currently involved in adopting LeSS framework for his clients in Europe.
