About the speaker: Vygantas is an Engineering Manager for the Sorting and International Shipment Exchange team at Omniva. He has been working in IT industry for 15+ years covering several different roles, such as developer, architect, project manager, product manager and now an engineering manager. Vygantas went through Agile transformation somewhere around 6+ years ago.
